1. Agreement to terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of estrah.com and any purchase made from Estrah. By placing an order or otherwise using our site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Products & pricing

We make every effort to display our products and pricing accurately. Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear to be placed by resellers, dealers, or distributors without a wholesale agreement.

3. Orders & payment

Orders are only confirmed once payment has been successfully processed. Payment is taken by Stripe; card details are entered on a form hosted by Stripe and never reach our servers. We reserve the right to cancel and refund an order if we suspect fraud, pricing errors, or an inability to fulfil it. Sales tax is applied at checkout where we are required to collect it.

3a. Order fulfilment

Product availability is shown at checkout. Retail orders ship from our US fulfilment network, and payment is taken when you place the order. You may cancel an order for a full refund at any time before it is dispatched, for any reason, by emailing orders@estrah.com. This is in addition to, and does not replace, your rights under our Shipping & Returns policy once the goods arrive.

4. Shipping & delivery

Retail shipping is available only within the contiguous United States. Standard shipping is free with no minimum, and express shipping is available for $15. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title for products purchased pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier. 6. Intellectual property

All content on this site — including text, graphics, logos, product photography, and design — is the property of Estrah or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our written permission.

7. Wholesale & B2B use

Access to supply.estrah.com and wholesale pricing is subject to a separate agreement between Estrah and the verified buyer, and is governed by the terms provided at the time of onboarding in addition to these general terms.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Estrah is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products purchased through it. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi, USA, where Estrah is based, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection laws of your jurisdiction apply.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
