Document register

Know what each record proves.

Certification, product testing, facility audits, memberships, and self-assessments are different forms of evidence. This register keeps them separate and lets you request the dated document that applies to a product, facility, or production lot.

GOTS
Scope record
Reference supplied: CU-843812

A GOTS scope certificate identifies a certified entity and the product categories and processing activities within its approved scope. A facility scope record alone is not product-level proof.

OEKO-TEX®
Textile test

amfori BSCI
Social audit
Facility record available by request

amfori BSCI is a social-performance monitoring system—not a certification and not a pass/fail label. An audit is a point-in-time view of workplace performance areas and follow-up actions.

Sedex / SMETA
Social audit
Facility record available by request

Sedex membership and a SMETA audit are not certifications or pass/fail marks. SMETA records observations against its methodology, including labor, health and safety, and—in a four-pillar audit—environment and business ethics.

Ask for the record that matches the order.

Scope certificates establish which entities, activities, and product categories are certified. When a product-level organic claim matters, request the applicable transaction or lot documentation and confirm that the chain remains intact through the finished product.
