Where is Estrah based, and where do you ship from?
Estrah is based in Hattiesburg, Mississippi. Garments are developed and made through our Punjab production network, and retail orders are fulfilled from the United States. Wholesale origin, destination, Incoterm, and delivery timing are confirmed in the order — see our Supply Portal.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days; express shipping takes 1–3 business days. See Shipping & Returns for full details.
What's your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unworn, unwashed items with tags attached. Full details are on our Shipping & Returns page.
How do I know what size to order?
